1. This document provides for the core terms and conditions relating to the sale and purchase of goods and is applicable in case of sale of goods as pursuant to the Sale of Goods Act Chapter 31 of the Laws of Kenya. Please note that this document does not apply in the case of sale of land, as there are separate requirements for contract relating to the sale of land.

2. This precedent is intended to act as a guide in drafting the Sale and Purchase of Goods Agreement. It may be modified or amended as need may be.
