Agreement for Sale of Land where the land is undergoing change of user

This is an Agreement for Sale of Land subject to change of user formalities.

The Vendor must obtain the consent and approval of various agencies such as the County Government where the land is situated, the Physical Planning Department, the Director of Surveys, NEMA and the Ministry of Lands and Physical Planning to undertake the change of user.

The permitted use for land in Kenya varies from agricultural, commercial, mixed use, residential among others and is amenable to change subject to approval of the aforestated agencies among others.
