A Maintenance Agreement is an agreement between two parties, where one party is offering maintenance services for the assets of the other party. This Maintenance Agreement can be used in a variety of industries and for different classes of assets including manufacturing, technology, landscaping, buildings maintenance and equipment/ machinery.

This Maintenance Agreement is intended to act as a guide for parties where maintenance services for equipment is the subject of the contract. It may however be modified or amended to cater for a different class of assets or industry.
