Product Trial Agreement

A Product Trial Agreement is an agreement in which a Supplier/ Developer enables a Client to test their new Product for a limited period of time before the Client can fully commit to subscribing to the Product for an extended period. This Agreement enables the Client establish whether the Product being offered is viable for their business prior to heavily investing in the Product.

 

This Template is applicable in the case where a Client wants to test the product of a Supplier eg software, before entering into an agreement to purchase the product but may be modified or amended as need may be.
