This Training Services Agreement is an agreement between a client, being the recipient of training services and a trainer, providing training services of any kind.  It may be modified or amended to address specific needs of the Parties involved or to otherwise provide for a specific scope of training needs. This agreement may be used by a client or a trainer providing or receiving various training courses, programs or certification testing.
